Cookies
The public pages of this website do not set any cookies on your device.
The website's fonts are served from this website itself, not from a third party.
The private administration area, which we use to manage enquiries, sets a strictly necessary session cookie so that we can stay signed in.
This website counts visits without using cookies. It does not store your IP address or your browser's full user-agent to do this; it keeps only the type of device and the name of the browser.
To tell visits apart, it uses a pseudonymous key that changes every day, so your visits cannot be linked from one day to the next. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, your visit is counted without a key.
Visits by bots are not counted. Individual visit records are kept for 30 days, and daily visit totals for 13 months.
AI-assisted replies
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to help draft replies to enquiries. A person oversees these replies.
Prices and quotations are always released by a person, never automatically by an AI tool.
Marketing and opting out
We may send you marketing messages by WhatsApp, SMS or email, but only if you have ticked the box to agree.
Every marketing message says who it is from and how to opt out.
You can opt out of marketing on any channel at any time, by contacting us or by using our unsubscribe page at /unsubscribe.
Using our unsubscribe page stops marketing messages. Replies about an enquiry or quotation you asked for will still come. To stop all messages from us, contact us.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
If a change affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you, or ask for your consent again where the law requires it.
